One easy package for Smoke Alarms, Blind Cords, and Safety Switches—all covered in a single visit, ensuring your tenants are safe.

Smoke Alarms:
✓ A licensed electrician will ensure the property has enough alarms that are positioned correctly.
✓ We will inspect, clean, and test the properties' smoke alarms as per manufacturers specification.
✓ We will ensure compliance with AS 3786 & AS 1851, and any non-compliance will be rectified immediately.
✓ We will replace the battery.
✓ Missing, expired or faulty alarms will be installed/replaced at the time of inspection by our licensed electricians.
✓ We will provide a compliance report on completion.
Blind Cords:✓ We will inspect window coverings.
✓ We will inspect and install where required window clips for corded window coverings.
✓ Excess or non-compliant cords will be removed or secured.
Safety Switches:✓ We will manually trip RCDs using the test button function to ensure they are working correctly.
✓ We will report on any faults/non-compliance and notify agency immediately.
✓ We will quote to have faults rectified or rectify immediately upon approval using our licensed electricians.
